Data controller
SAS LE SAINT GERMAIN, with its registered office at 10 Avenue Eugène Schueller, 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois, France, is the controller of personal data collected through this website.
Data collected
We only collect data strictly necessary to manage your relationship with the hotel: first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address, dates of stay and information related to your booking. This data is collected through our contact forms, our booking engine, or during your stay at the hotel.
Purposes of processing
Your data is used for: managing your booking and stay, replying to your enquiries, complying with our legal obligations (police register, accounting), and — with your explicit consent — sending you information about our offers.
Legal basis and retention period
The processing of your data is based on the performance of the accommodation contract (booking), compliance with legal obligations, or your consent for commercial communications. Your data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose pursued — generally 3 years after your last stay for commercial data, and for the statutory periods for accounting documents (10 years) and the police register (6 months).
Recipients
Your data is only accessible to authorised hotel staff and to our technical service providers (OVH for hosting, TripAdvisor for the booking engine). It is never sold to third parties. It may be transmitted to the competent authorities as part of legal obligations.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to: contact@lesaintgermainhotel.com, or by mail to the registered office address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
Cookies
This website uses two categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary technical cookies — required for the site to function (navigation, storing your consent choice for 6 months). These cookies cannot be disabled.
- Audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4) — help us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, session duration, referral source). IP addresses are anonymized. No data is used for advertising or shared with third parties. These cookies are only set after your explicit consent via the consent banner.
You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie preferences at the bottom left of every page, or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
